Wow, fascinating!! I always really disliked the “square eyes” episodes, haha … the drawings always looked so sloppy ^^;; So now I know who I can blame for that (*cough Masahiro Ando… xD;;) I think Ikuko Ito was responsible for my very favorites :>!!

Anyone else notice the last 5 or so episodes of each season are like 10x more gorgeous than the rest of the series? Looks like they brought in the big gun animators for those… x3
